Sarah Szabo is in her first season in Washington after being hired as the teams Coordinator of Football Administration in April of 2023.

Prior to working with the Commanders, Szabo spent four years working in Alumni & Parent Engagement with Furman University from 2018-23.

Szabo was with the Carolina Panthers for eight seasons form 2010-18 working in Community Relations and Player/Fan Engagement. Prior to joining the Panthers, Szabo worked in Community & Public Relations for the Charlotte Knights, the AAA Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox from 2009-10.

A graduate of the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business with a specification in Business Marketing, Szabo currently resides in Northern Virginia.
