Barbara Allen is entering her 19th season in Washington after joining the organization in 2004 She currently serves as the team's football administrative assistant.
Prior to working with Washington, Allen spent 16 years with the Chicago Bears organization from 1988-03 spending her first five seasons in the public relations department before transitioning to coaching.
Allen sees a familiar face in Head Coach Ron Rivera, working with him on four separate occasions including as a player, position coach, coordinator and head coach.
Allen is a native of Michigan, and graduated from Michigan State University with a masters in journalism. She is an avid hockey fan.
